We cannot provide an exact rate without first seeing the computer. Onsite computer service visits are based on an hourly rate and the level of service required.
Is there a wait time for onsite service requests?
We understand that it can be a real inconvenience when your computer or IT network is not working properly. That’s why we’re here to help. We’ll dispatch one of our qualified IT experts to your home or office within 1-3 hours, so you can get back to work as quickly as possible.
Do you offer a warranty with your service?
Our warranty is 60 days for computers and 6 months for smartphones and tablets. However, you can still contact us with questions or follow-up issues beyond that time. We are not strict about warranty dates, and we want to make sure you are satisfied with our service and your computer. If we are unable to fix your computer or if you are not satisfied with our service, you will not be required to pay. We are committed to your 100% satisfaction with our repair service.
